Storytelling Stay

I visit your hotel for 3-4 days to conduct an SQ audit, considering the guest experience from a storytelling perspective. The SQ audit includes staff interviews, service surveys, ops analysis, and marketing reviews.

Have you ever investigated how you tell stories?

Clients cover all expenses of the storytelling stay, plus my £1,200/day rate, which includes the cost of the audit.

Storytelling Scripts

I have been writing customer comms since 2012. Our mnemonic storytelling scripts surface the local stories that enhance the guest experience. Designed for easy memorisation, hotel employees enhance their storytelling.

You have the opportunity to shape the narrative.

The topic of each one-page script is agreed with clients in advance. Cost per storytelling script: £300.
